Avora Learn ("Avora," "we," "us") provides interactive visual programming courses at avoraai.app. For privacy questions, email support@avoralearn.app.

- Account data — name, email, phone number (when provided), password hash, and OAuth identifiers (e.g. Google).
- Learning data — course progress, quiz attempts, playground runs, and related classroom analytics.
- Usage & device data — approximate location from IP, browser type, and product analytics events that help us improve the product.
- Payment data — processed by our payment provider (e.g. Razorpay). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
3. How we use information
We use your information to:
- Create and secure your account
- Deliver lessons, progress sync, certificates, and AI tutoring features
- Process subscriptions and send transactional emails
- Prevent abuse, debug issues, and improve product quality
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Legal consent at signup
When you create an account, we record that you accepted our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, including the policy version and the time of acceptance.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the product (hosting, email, payments, analytics), when required by law, or with your direction.
6. Retention & security
We keep account and learning records while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and billing purposes. We use industry-standard safeguards; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new version date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy where permitted by law.
