Delete your Avora account

• In the app: Profile → Delete account.
• On the web: Settings → Delete account (sign in first).
• By email: write to support@avoralearn.app from the address on your account.

If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it first so you aren’t charged again.

• You’re signed out on every device straight away.
• After 14 days we permanently delete your account, profile, course progress, XP and streaks, certificates, notes, quiz and code submissions, and AI tutor history.
• Sign in again within those 14 days to cancel the deletion and keep everything.

For tax and accounting, we keep anonymised billing records (subscription type, dates, status and payment provider references) without your name or email. Payment providers such as Razorpay keep their own records under their policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.
